2. Use License

3. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant fluidzero a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process your User Content. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws.

4. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall fluidzero, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the processing of your data to provide AI-powered document search and analysis features.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your User Content within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
